Soy Yolanda y les cuento de rápido este reto para mí, si fue un verdadero reto en primera por la temporada decembrina en donde se come de todo y por la otra parte durante el reto me torcí el tobillo dejando de hacer ejercicio durante 15 días mientras me recuperaba, lo más sorprendente que pase es cuando fui con el quiropráctico y me pregunto con que se estuvo sobando su tobillo le respondí que con aceites esenciales y me dijo muy bien eso le ayudo mucho al dolor y a desinflamar y me receto una inyecciones (yo al escuchar dije medicamentos no quiero) le mostré la información nutricional de las Vitaminas y del Repair que consumo se me quedo viendo y dijo esto está muy completo suspenda las inyecciones y por su puesto yo feliz al saber una vez más que tenemos los mejores productos del mundo mundial.

Posiblemente no se vea mucho cambio en este reto pero estoy feliz de tener la salud que tengo a mis 48 años.
