Hi my name is Venessa Breen

Most people worry what they are going to eat between Christmas and the New Year what they should be concerned about is what they consume between the New Year and Christmas

From Size 16 to a Size 12 (very snuggish) in a space of 11 weeks just before I started this new challenge

my Qs "how do I keep the holiday trimmings off my waistline and everywhere else. My weight ranged between 84 to 83 to 81 I think at one time I was 80kg.



My Routine Meditation and happy thoughts

Set one daily intention before I go to the gym
Today I will complete a HIIT class and still have breath as an example
Mornings Large shaker YoR Supergreens with 600mls water add 3 drops of organic bare lemon essential oils
with 2 drops of fractionated coconut oil Depending on my morning workout I would follow through
with Large Shaker 2 x scoops of YoR Vanilla Shake 2x scoops of YoR Fibre 600mls of filtered water (I only had this two times a week for recovery)
Shower then apply Amber Serum to my face with the crystal roller and massage my legs with Bare Living Moisturiser (love)
Lunch & Dinner- varies mostly eating out I have the YoR Digestive Enzymes (larger quantities double)


If I had a big/night out I would fast
Keeping my Morning Routine (as above) Yor Supergreens
Extra - 1 x sachet Berry Blast in 400mls ice water
Diffuse Organic Bare Boost Essential Oils & dew drops of organic fractionated coconut oil
2 scoops of YoR Vanilla Shake with 2 scoops of YoR Fibre 2 drops of organic bare lime essential oil 2 drops of organic fractionated coconut oil (One for Lunch and one for Dinner)
