Hola soy Rodolfo de la Ciudad de México y decidí unirme al reto porque quería transformar mi salud y mi figura al máximo. Aunque no puedo hacer tanto ejercicio, los suplementos de YOR me ayudaron mucho a acelerar el proceso de transformación. Hice ejercicio durante las 8 semanas en un promedio de 3 a 4 veces a la semana! Combinando gimnasio, clisthenics y cardio.
