Inicie pesando 73 kg, después de 8 semanas estoy pesando 75 kg que subí en masa muscular.
Para llegar a mi objetivo utilice el paquete balance, me ayudo mucho ya que lo mezcle con una buena alimentación, por la mañana me tomaba Mi MRP con medio vaso de leche y lo demás de agua para sumar algunas calorías, en la comida me tomaba dos enzimas digestivas que me hacían sentir muy bien, entre comidas me tomaba el supergreens que es delicioso y después de entrenar me tomaba solo un scoop de MRP en agua.
