Estoy muy contenta porque ya he concluido el reto y muy entusiasmada porque los cambios son positivos y se pueden ver en las fotos.

Seguí los pasos del Detox como lo indicaron, por la mañana probioticos y malteada de chocolate. Por la tarde enzimas y super greens.

Me decidí a entrar porque deseo un cambio positivo en mi vida y mente. He estado en retos alimenticios pero, éste es alentador.

Con el reto me sentí interesada y activa, llena de vitalidad y enfocada.


Además cuide mi alimentación dejando de lado azúcares y carbohidratos. Por las tardes de antojo me preparaba las malteadas y haciendo ejercicios zumba y gym 4 veces a la semana:)
