Hola comunidad, ¿cómo están?
Debido a una complicación en mi espalda, me faltó cerrar a tambor batiente este ciclo. Pero gracias a toda la linea de Yor Health pude sobrevivir a las fiestas pos-decembrinas.. en especial sus comilonas.
Lo que entrené estas ocho semanas fue un poco mas de cardio que lo normal (trotando y HIIT) y también con ejercicios funcionales, 4 días a la semana y todo en ayunas.
El regimen que seguí fue basado en el Detox360:
Al despertar - probióticos y AE de limón
Antes del desayuno - Super Greens con Fibra
Desayuno - Shake o plato balanceado + Vitaminas
Comida - balanceada con Enzimas + Berry + Vitaminas
Cena - Shake o plato balanceado con Enzimas
Antes de dormir - Repair + Greatful
Aun me falta llegar de 60.5 kg a mi peso ideal, pero sé que lo lograré si me mantengo constante en mi alimentación y creciente en la intensidad del entrenamiento.
