Hola a todos!
Soy Armando de Tampico! Tengo 32 años.
Feliz de finalizar nuevamente un reto de 8 semanas, estar en el reto siempre me ayuda a mantenerme enfocado, así que trato de siempre estar inscrito.
Mi rutina diaria, por la mañana siempre YOR Repair, y unos veinte minutos después mi delicioso YOR Super Greens en ayunas claro!
Tomo mi YOR Shake después de entrenar, con mis YOR essential vitamin.Y nunca pueden faltar mis YOR Digest Ultra en cada comida.
Entreno de cinco a seis días a la semana rutina de pesas y cardio, y dos veces por semana hago yoga.
Practico ayuno intermitente ya desde hace tiempo, y es algo que me gusta mucho y que me ha ayudado a alcanzar mis metas de salud.
Este reto logré mantener mi indice de grasa corporal en un 12% y a la vez aumentar casi 2kg de músculo magro.
