En las mañanas tomo agua con AE de limón, después de media hora me tomo mis probioticos y Repair.
Toda la mañana tomo agua, té o café y a medio día rompo el ayuno con el super greens combinado con la fibra y el berry blast.
Una hora más tarde me tomo la malteada y dos más tarde me tomo el Yor shape y a la media hora como una comida normal y balanceada con el Yor Digest.
