Me siento muy contento después de haber terminado un reto de 8 semanas más. Estoy satisfecho con los resultados de este ciclo ya que fue un desafío hacerlo durante días festivo, en los cuales se pone algo complicado mantenerse enfocado en la meta. Gracias a la línea de suplementos de YOR pude quedarme dentro de auto establecido como meta para este ciclo de 8 semanas.

El peso al inicio y fin fue se 148 libras pero con la diferencia de ahora estar con un porcentaje de grasa corporal de 7.8% y comenzar con 10%. En cuanto a la masa corporal hubo un incremento de un 2% al ir de 21 a 23, todo eso fue posible a una rutina de ejercicios cardiovasculares y/o rutina de pesas de 30 minutos 4 días a la semana.
Los suplementos que utilice fueron: Berry Blast, Probitics Ultra, Repair Ultra, Essential Vitamins, Fiber Plus, Digest Ultra, y el YOR Shake.
