Hello, my name is Meng. I’m 26 years old and a father of 3. When I started I was at my heaviest of 308lbs. I decided to take the challenge and see where this would really take me. Like many other guys, I had my ego up too high where I can lose weight and do it by myself. Days and years went by and I only found myself heavier and more unhealthy.
I was so unhealthy to the point where I would have gout attacks and the pain was so bad that it would affect my daily routines like typing and just walking right in general.
Before the challenge I knew I wasn’t in a happy area of my life and knew I should change but just never took initiative to make it happen. I was very bloated and I couldn’t tie my shoes without breathing hard or get light headed afterwards. I’m currently not to where I want to be at yet but I definitely am loving my body now.

Probiotics and fiber helps maintain a good bowel consistency for me. I also use berry blast to give me extra energy before gym time. The first two weeks I had no exercise or any level of intensity, and I lost 25lbs. I began incorporating gym time and now I go about 4-5 times a week.

The challenge has helped me get my health back and I have shared my results and has helped my family lose weight and be healthy as well. I want to lose 100lbs total or more and now I’m 51% of the way!
