My Essay
Hello everyone my name is Ana Villalvazo, I’m 45 years old and I have always struggled to lose weight.
This is my second time joining the 8 week challenge, I have been using Yor Health for over one year and I’m in love with the results that yor Health has giving me. The first time I started the challenge I weight 245 lbs and I lost 13 lbs and this time I started the challenge weighing 232 lbs and I lost 10 lbs a total of 23 lbs, not only have I lost weight my Health has improved a lot, I don’t suffer from migraine, allergies or constipation anymore, I don’t have time to exercise and I get to eat whatever I want and I still manage to lose weight and feel a lot healthier.
I take 2 Yor probiotic and 2 yor repair first thing in the morning and before bed time,
I take 2 yor super slim 30 min before each meal and 2 Yor digest with every meal,
I take yor super green mix with yor fiber with 8 oz of water for breakfast,
I eat anything I want for lunch and for snack I drink yor berry blast along with a Healthy snack.
For dinner I take yor shake and I’m also taking yor essential vitamins 2 tablets 3 times a day.
