Hola qué tal! Soy Pao Robles, tengo 45 años y una familia hermosa confirmada por mi esposo y nuestros fis hijos, que son mi motor todos los días para lograr grandes retos y ser un buen ejemplo para ellos.

Estoy convencida que todo lo que cada quien se proponga en la vida se puede lograr, con ACTITUD, disciplina y constancia. Eso es lo que hago día a día aquí en el reto YOR Best Body. Me motivó a entrar al reto el poder recuperar la figura que tenía antes y reponerme de las fiestas Navideñas, donde comí mucho mucho.

Hago entre 12 y 14 horas de ayuno. Inicio on rutina de gimnasio y con mis mejores compañeros que son mi Probiotics y mi Súper Greens combinado con Yor Berry Blast, increíble sabor y energía para rendir todo el día. Sigo con desayuno Shake de chocolate, Digest y mis vitaminas para nutrirme mejor. A la hora de la comida como normal acompañado de un Digest. Colación a media tarde y ceno Shake de vainilla con mi Repair para en verdad repararme por las noches con un buen sueño.
