Hola mi nombre es Brytanie Alexandra Roman Vera, yo siempre eh tenido problemas para bajar de peso debido a que siempre he tenido problemas del Colon. Yo decidí unirme al reto porque me quería sentir cómoda con mi cuerpo y mejorar mi salud física, también me uní con el propósito de demostrar cómo los productos si funcionan y como nos ayudan. Yo empezaba mi día tomando en ayunas los probioticos y el repair, después para romper el ayuno me tomo un vaso con agua, súper greens y la fibra, me voy al gimnasio y hago mis rutinas y me llevo mi berry blast y cuando regreso a mi casa tomo la malteada con frutos rojos y agua, espero 2 horas y tomo el digest y después como y lo mismo para la cena y antes de dormir vuelvo a tomar los probioticos y el repair.
