Mi nombre es Alain Morales y me gusta el deporte y la gastronomía
Empezó el reto porque me sentía con baja energía y tenia mala digestión. Pesaba 87 kg y un índice de grasa del 14% y termine pesando 83 con un índice de grasa del 6%.
Me ejercite de 3 a 4 veces x semana.
