Hola amigos de Yor Health
Mi nombre es Javier Saenz tengo 66 años. Empece a tomar los productos de Yor Health hace 5 meses con excelentes resultados logre bajas 3 kilos pero no me había registrado en el reto. Hace 8 semanas tome la decisión de hacerlo.
Estoy super contento por los resultados baje 6 kilos
Me siento con mucha energía y muy feliz.
Mi rutina es:

Al levantarme me tomo probiótico y repair
. Desayuno normal y agrego el YOR Shake.
A media mañana me tomo el super greens.
Con las comidas tomo digest.
Y mi comida la hago normal.

En la tarde vuelvo a tomar super greens junto con Berry Blast,
En la noche cena normal con digest


No hago ejercicio por un problema que tengo en la espalda pero gracias a todo esto me dan ganas de hacer ejercicio porque ya me siento con la fuerza para hacerlo.
