Hello! I’m Chan Vang and I’m 47 years old. I am a teacher and have been teaching for over 20 years. I’ve been overweight almost my entire life. Although I was overweight I was always an active person. I never felt like my weight was an obstacle until my 40’s. As I got older, my weight made it harder to be active. Which made me gain more weight.

This past January, after returning from an amazing trip to see my sister in Thailand and to visit my birth-country of Laos, which I haven't seen in 40 years, instead of feeling energized and happy, I was sad and depressed. My weight was taking a toll on me. I felt sluggish and tired all the time. I didn't feel like going to the gym. I didn't feel like going out with my friends. I didn't feel like doing anything at all! I felt like this trip I took to Thailand and Laos was going to be my last if I didn’t do something drastic about my weight. But I have tried so many times to lose weight in the past without any success. So I was feeling hopeless. Thank goodness, I found YOR Health through a friend!

At first, I was not very confident I could complete the challenge. But as the weight started to fall off, I became more motivated and wanted to succeed. I also received help and encouragements from my wonderful YOR Health mentors! My mentors gave me tips about what kind of food to eat and what to avoid. They invited me to go workout with them. They encouraged me daily, whether it was done directly or indirectly, and they answered all of my questions. I too would like to help others lose weight and be healthy in the future.

My regimen:
Wake-up: 1 probiotic with a full glass of water on an empty stomach.
Breakfast: No meals, only shake. Shake consists of 2 scoop of YOR Vanilla Shake, 2 scoops of Fiber, 1 scoop of Supergreen mixed with 12oz of cold water and take 2 vitamins.
Lunch: Eat a solid meal, which consists of a lean protein and raw vegetables or salad with lean proteins and light dressings. Take 2 YOR digests after a couple of bites of your meal. End with 2 vitamins.
Snack: I snacked on fruits, nuts, lean meats, or green vegetables when I felt hungry.
Dinner: No meals, only shake. Shake consists of 2 scoops of YOR Chocolate Shake, 2 scoops of Fiber mixed with 10 oz of cold water. Take 2 vitamins.
Bedtime: Take 2 ultra repair with 1 cup of water.
I drank about 1 gallon of water per day. As an energy boost, I occasionally did 1 berry blast stick with 10oz water.
I tried to be mindful of my sugar and sodium intake by paying attention to seasonings and dressings.

The best part of being on the YOR Health products was that I never starved myself and still lost the weight! I learned to eat healthily. I listened to my body and ate healthy when I was hungry. I didn’t have to do any strenuous exercise. I went to the gym 6 times throughout the Challenge.

Being a part of YOR Health and completing the 8 Weeks Challenge was good for me in many ways. Even though I still have more weight to lose, I feel good right now. I’m not feeling sluggish, tired and depressed anymore. I can fit into clothes I haven’t been able to wear in years. I ran my first mile on the treadmill in 3 years. I am motivated to workout now. I've even gone out with my friends a few times. I’m happier, stronger and more energetic. Which is something I haven’t felt in a long time! The 8 Weeks Challenge has given me motivation and determination to continue my weight loss journey!
