Hola soy Mary.
Este reto fue diferente para mí, ya que salí de viaje y descuidé mi alimentación y el ejercicio, estaba un poco preocupada por los resultados, sin embargo, con la ayuda de los productos logré mantener mi peso.
Mi rutina de ejercicios consistió sólo en 40 minutos, 2 veces a la semana ejercitar todo el cuerpo.
Los productos que utilicé fueron YOR Shake como desayuno, YOR Essential Vitamin después de cada comida y YOR Digest Ultra con el almuerzo, también utilicé el aceite de menta y el de limón para apoyarme con la digestión y los antojos, los utilizaba con un vaso de agua para saborizarla.
