Hola mi nombre es lluvia tengo 37 años y siempre he querido aumentar mi masa muscular y estoy feliz porque este reto llegue a mi meta que fue subir 1 kg de masa muscular y mantener mi porcentaje de grasa pero en realidad lo pude bajar lo que es aun mejor ...
Peso ahora 56.150 y baje a 19% de grasa
Hice pesas, un poco de cardio y yoga de lunes a viernes y fines de semana descanso y recupero mis músculos
Base mi dieta en proteína y carbohidratos limpios.
