Buenas es la segunda vez q participo en este reto, pero el segundo fue el mejor , ya que no solo mejore mi parte física si no también mi parte interna que es lo que sin planificarlo sucedió.
para este reto no solo tome los suplementos si no también los aceites maravillosos, entre ellos fueron:
- reparador y aceite metabólico por las mañanas
- el maravilloso supergreens y la fibra como desayuno
- mi slim 1hr antes de cada comida
- la digestiva inmediatamente antes de la comida y tambien las vitaminas.
- yor shake maravillosa malteada
- y antes de acostarme mi reparador y mi probiótico.
Hacer este reto me mejoro tanto mi estado de animo como la fuerza que tenia, ahora tengo mas vitalidad, y sobre todo he mejorado en mi salud interna lo cual es muy importante para mi, ya que hace años no consumo ningún medicamento y haber tratado mi padecimiento con solo los suplementos y los aceites los resultados han sido maravillosos.
