Decidí entrar al reto para estrenar ropa y por salud también.
Al principio me costó trabajo pero después me acostumbré y ahora ua es parte de mi rutina de alimentación.
Hice 2 dias de ejercicio a la semana y dejé el recresco y el pan.
Dsayuno y ceno la malteada. el primer cambio lo noté en la ropa, tuve buenas experiencias ya que ropa que no me quedaba por fin me quedó y ahora debo comprar ropa porque ya tengo piezas que me quedan grandes. sé que me falta más pero este primer ciclo lo logré!!
