Mi peso inicial fue de 97 kilogramos, el peso actual es de 90 kilogramos
el paquete con el que inicie fue el paquete balance, en las mañanas era un desayuno balanceado y mas tarde como colacion me tomaba mi super greens una porcion con un vaso de agua, mas tarde venia mi comida y con el primer bocado tomaba 1 capsula de mis enzimas digestivas, por la tarde comia un snack y cada noche me tomaba mi yorshake de chocolate (diliciosa por cierto) con un scoop de fibra, la verdad es que ha sido muy sencillo seguir el plan ya que el sabor de los productos es delicioso y no tengo ningun problema, ya que soy un poco especial con los sabores y pude notar la calidad y que todo viene natural sin saborizantes raros.
Mi rutina de ejercicio era de 1 hora de pesas en el gimnasio y 30 minutos al día de cardiovascular, solo entrenaba de lunes a viernes, descansando sabado y domingo.
