This is my 2nd time completing the 8 weeks challenge. After my first challenge, I managed to maintain most of the weight loss despite the holidays and parties from October to February. I gained back only a few lbs. This time I started the 8 weeks challenge at 140 lbs and ended the challenge at 128 lbs.

I used the super greens, yor ultra digest, shakes and the repair on a daily basis. My routine consisted of working out 1 1/2 hrs 5 days a week and just a light stretch and walking on the weekends.

I felt great after my first 8 weeks challenge and feel even better now after completing my 2nd 8 weeks challenge. I'm able to lift weights with more ease and can go up numerous flights of stairs without feeling winded. I feel more energetic and stronger.

Summer is around the corner and I hope to be able to stay on this path and achieve my beach body. But even after summer is over, I'm planning to maintain for life. #fitforlife

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of July 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.87 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
