Sin darme cuenta me descuide, no se en que punto pase de pesar 55kg y ser talla 5 en jeans me fui a pesar 64 y 9-11 ,inconsientemente asía todo lo que estuviese a mi alcanse para ocultar mi sobre peso y llantitas,ropa  grande, ponía cojines sobre mi barriga a la hora de sentarme.Hasta que un día llegue lejos, al inclinarme rompí mis jeans, varias ocasiones,a mis 21 años de edad ya ninguno me quedaba eso me causo mucha conmoción. Al llegar el reto de 8 semanas a mi vida me dio esperanza de poder recuperar mi cuerpo!Me puse una meta que fue bajar 3kg,tonificar abdomen,piernas y brazos.
Me decidí a iniciar,aplicarme con mis ejercicios favorito 5 veces por semana, mi alimentación la mejore y me apoye de la Malteada, Digest, fibra y super Greens todos los días.He llegado al final de mi reto y estoy muy contenta con los resultados.Supere mis espectativas!
