Hello everyone, my name is Daniel and I'm finishing another Best Body challenge. This is my 7 cycle that I have completed and it won't be the last one. I first joined this challenge because I wanted to improve my stamina and health. With the help of the Yor Health line I have been able to accomplish my goal and even more. When I started the challenge I was 158 lbs and 12.3 % body fat. Now I'm at 148 lbs and 7.5 % body fat.
I used Yor Fiber and Yor Berry Blast in the mornings, the Essential Vitamins during the day and the Digest Ultra with dinner. I exercise 4 days a week 40 to 60 minutes.
I will keep joining the Best Body challenge to stay healthy, with lots of energy and to motivate my love ones to become part of it as well.
