My name is Fatima. I am 39 years old, hold a day job that requires me to work over 40 hours a week under what you may consider stressful guidelines.
I also run a part-time business that requires after work. On top of that, I've noticed my body is changing physically and hormonally; thus I'm very determined to challenge myself to live a healthy life.
I have so much more to do in this world and everyday I see co-workers stress, tired and gaining more weight by the minute. I don't want to be that person.
I did experience the challenge of not finishing the challenge. There were dates I didn't feel the energy to work out. I had a set back where a Dr. misadvised by telling me I had menopause at 39 ,and it wasn't right; so that had taken an emotional toll on me. However, I realized that my health is truly in my own hands. No one else's. I will make no more excuses to feel and look better!
On this challenge I gained more muscle!
This was my routine:
AM- 2 Repair, Fiber, 2 vitamins
Breakfast - Protein Shake
Lunch - Light Meals
Snack- Super Greens, 2 vitamins
Dinner - Healthy Meal
