Soy Brenda de Cd. Madero y tengo 30 años.
Estoy muy contenta al haber finalizado éste reto e infinitamente agradecida con la maravillosa suplementación de YOR Health! En éste reto no he podido entrenar como quisiera ni alimentarme tampoco de la manera que debiera por motivos de trabajo que hace mis horarios cambien casi a diario, entonces es difícil llevar un ritmo correcto para mi, sin embargo, lo poquito que pude hacer, me hace muy contenta y me siento super fuerte!
Ahora por las mañanas, lo primero que como es un smoothie de YOR Shake con frutos rojos congelados y Fibra. Consumo las Essential Vitamins tres veces al dia, 2-2-2 en cada ingesta grande de alimento, y al finalizar entreno, ya sea matutino o vespertino, dos scoops de YOR Shake nuevamente.
Estoy enfocada en crecer en el tren inferior y noto mis piernas ahora más fuertes!
A pesar de no estar alimentandome en la manera correcta, peso 54 kg, lo cual significa que me he mantenido. La semana pasada tuve un análisis de la composición en mi cuerpo y fuí muy contenta al ver que he aumentado mi indice de masa muscular!
