estoy feliz y agradecida por haber terminado este reto a mi misma, comencé como un juego pero ahora es una realidad.
mi peso inicial era de 65 kilos y ahora es de 58!!! me siento maravillosa , mas ligera y con enegria.
yo no creia en los sumplementos ni lo que podian hacer por mi cuerpo, los productos que utilicé fueron
SUPER GREENS en ayunas con una gota de limon,
YOR SHAKE como desayuno
2 gotas de aceite LEMON en cada litro de agua durante el dia
ENZIMAS DIGESTIVAS que las amoooo!! 1 en cada comida o aveces 2, dependiendo lo que comiera.
y l1 cucharada de FIBRA sabor a platano/manzana junto con la ,malteada.
hacia poco ejercicio, 1 o 2 veces a la semana salia a caminar 30 minutos, por falta de tiempo.
El impacto que ha tenido en mi vida es primero en mi salud, me siento con mas energia y mas ligera pero además me gusta como me veo delgada, como antes era, vuelvo a ser yo.
