HOLA! Yo soy Dafne, de Saltillo! ingeniera de profesión y a pesar de que siempre he hecho ejercicio fue hace apenas un par de años empecé a cuidar más mi salud y gracias a Yorhealth ha sido muy fácil.
Este año decidí mantenerme activa en el reto durante todo el año buscando mi mejor versión de mí! Este es mi segundo reto! y a diferencia del primero en este reto dejé los alimentos de origen animal, con miedo al principio pero gracias a los productos ha sido muy fácil y mantengo mi cuerpo nutrido, me siento con más energía y muchaaaa mejor digestión.
Hago entre 40 min y 1 hr de gimnasio de 4 a 5 días a la semana y voy a correr a la sierra una vez por semana, que es lo que me llena de energía.
Sigo haciendo la dieta del guerrero, con ayunos de entre 14 y 16 horas y me tomo mis suplementos todos los días, empiezo con supergreens combinado con fibra, después hago mis comidas normal acompañadas de mis digestivas y vitaminas y termino con mi malteada de vainilla, mi favorita.
