Hey guys my name is Quoc, I am a personal trainer and fitness coach. Over the years of training people sometimes you lose your own motivation, you start to slack off as you are putting others first before yourself. I joined the challenge to help me stay accountable to my goals, to be a good example for my clients and to push myself to another level of fitness and body transformation. The biggest challenge for me within this 8 weeks was self-control over my eating and nutrition. I sometimes would eat fast food and justify by saying, "I'll burn it off later" or I trained hard enough to eat this. But as you know once you keep justify it, the problem before worse.

What I introduced into my diet was the super green protein smoothies. These shakes consisted of kale, spinach, banana, 1 scoop of super greens, 2 scoops of protein, cinnamon, and coconut milk. These shakes really help me deliver more nutrients into my body and prevented me from eating random foods like chocolates, ice cream or chips.

I also did intermittent fasting, fasting for 16-18hrs each day. Eat at 12pm, 3pm and 6pm. No breakfast just a supergreen, berry blast and fiber shake in the morning.

My training consisted of once a week HIIT and 4 times a week of body weight calisthenics training which I was super consisted in.

This challenge was an amazing experience as it helped me get my self motivation back, helped me stay accountable and most importantly created a positive momentum so I now can push to another level.
