Hola mi nombre es Blanca Angulo y les quiero compartir que estoy super emocionada, feliz y muy agradecida con el reto de yor best body. Inicié con 12 horas de ayuno, actualmente me mantengo en 14 horas pero he realizado hasta 16 horas, todo esto de la mano de yor shake de chocolate, tomándola por la noche y el aceite de limón en ayuno. Mi peso era de 63 kilos baje a 57 kilos.
