Hi all!!
This challenge was a challenge!
It is my first challenge in which I am also sharing the part of our business full time, NOW I ONLY DEDICATE TO YOR !! and I have been really committed to my team, and I have to confess that the exercise in this challenge cost me a lot of work; tired, sleepless ... if it were not for the supplements I would be lost.
However, I was able to keep my weight! that really surprised me, I usually have to really focus and be aware of my diet if I want to gain weight or keep it, I'm sure somewhere along the way I went down, but in the end I managed to finish with 1kg extra! not going back is super important to me.
This challenge the malted one was my ally, there were nights that arrived very tired and it was the only thing that dined with a little fruit and the vitamins that have also been key. The exercise was much less this challenge, 2 or 3 times per week.
It has definitely not been my best result at all, but I feel very happy because I am helping other people share happiness, fill their pockets and improve their health! In my next challenge I will find a balance sheet and a better agenda to put more kilos on the scale at the end of the challenge.
Here I am, filling out my registration at 3AM !!
