Hola soy Alain Morales tengo 33 años, me gustan los retos y el deporte.

Antes de iniciar el reto me sentía desanimado por la acumulación de grasa en la zona inferior del abdomen pesaba 85kg y al final 87kg pero bajé mi porcentaje de grasa de un 16% a un 10% y subí masa muscular

Me motive a realizar el reto por 2 cosas tener mejor salud y mejorar mi apariencia física

Mi régimen fue el siguiente

Realize ejercicio 3 veces x semana en el gymnasio y un día de cardio.
