I´m so grateful about the Yor Best Body Challenge. I´m 50 years old and tired of hearing my friends say that after 40 you can´t get fit and look your best. Eight weeks ago my weight was 99.6k (219 pounds) and now it is 89.4k (196 pounds) a total loss of 23 pounds of mainly stored fat!
