When I started my challenge I weighed 247. I was always exhuasted no energy for the past 8 weeks I changed my eating habits anf incorporated the YOR Vanilla shake...mt fave with digestive Ultra. I notice I became more energized. Went from a size 18 to a size 15 in pants. I was able to fit into a size large dress when befor I wasn't able to find anyth kkk ng I felt comfortable in. I enjoyed my weekly workouts in the mornings which helped me not only get throught my workouts but my daily house hold chores.
