El reto me ayudo muchísimo a mejorar mi salud, la cual era mi meta principal.
Cuando inicie el reto tenia un rezago de sobrepeso, pesaba 115 kg, antes de irme a Estados Unidos... pesaba 110 kg, pero no tenia mucha condición ni fuerza
Mi principal forma de tomar los productos fue como mi primer desayuno y mi ultima cena, estos me ayuda mucho porque me facilitaba las comidas y ahorraba mucho tiempo.
Debido a unas lesiones e imprevistos hubo 2 semanas perdidas de actividad fisica, que pudieron representar grandes mejoras, pero fuera de esas semanas mi rutina de actividad era por lo menos 4 días de ejercicio en la semana, cardio y de intensidad con bandas elásticas.
De mis análisis de peso desde que inicie con 115 kg y un indice de masa coporal con 32.8 y un porcentaje de grasa corporal de 22.4%
Hoy en mi ultimo análisis tengo un IMC de 29.9 y mi porcentaje de grasa final es de 17.4%.
En general Perdí 7 kg de Grasa y gane 3 kg de Masa muscular.
Tengo mucha más fuerza física y un poco de mayor condición, estoy preparado para mi siguiente reto. Ya quiero empezarlo.
