Saludos a toda la familia YOR Health, me descuidé un poco y por ello me mentí al reto nuevamente. Se que voy a obtener grandes resultados a mis 53 años. Ya que aún cuando hay en el
Mercado muchas marcas de suplementos, NINGUNA ES COMO YOR HEALTH, lo he constatado y lo voy. Reafirmar nuevamente. Cómo YOR HEALTH no hay Nada. Voy a marcarme y a ganar el 1 en lugar. En la noche voy a tomar el repair ultra y los probioticos. Por las mañanas después de hacer ejercicio me tomo el repair y después el supergreens para romper el ayuno. A los quince o veinte minutos me tomo el YOR Shake con la fibra. A los veinte minutos me tomo las vitaminas y después de 10 minutos desayuno y con el alimento me tomo las Digest. Antes de la comida me tomo las vitaminas y a los 10 minutos como y me tomo las Digest. Ya no ceno, ya que estoy haciendo un ayuno de 16 horas.
