Hola familia del YOR Best Body, soy Areli y soy estudiante de medicina.
Estoy muy emocionada de haber completado mi primer reto de 8 semanas!
Me ha sido muy pesado mantener una buena alimentación por mis horarios tan apretados, a veces no me daba tiempo ni de comer y si comía, era algo que estuviera listo en pocos minutos.
Para mi el llevar una buena alimentación de la mano con los productos de YOR Health hizo la diferencia! Tanto en mi estado de animo, mi salud y apariencia física.
Al ser algo tan rápido de hacer, no hay excusas para no desayunar, no comer o no cenar. Yo sustituyo la comida que mas se me dificulta que es el desayuno o la cena. Me he sentido con mas energía y me ha desinflamado bastante.
Mi régimen es el siguiente:
Me hago mi malteada YOR MRP de Vainilla y le agrego 1 YOR Berry Blast
A la hora de la comida, llevo conmigo mi pastillero con YOR Digest Ultra y YOR Vitamins y a la hora de la cena, dependiendo si tengo tiempo, me hago de cenar o me vuelvo a tomar la malteada.
Aparte de que es super practica es deliciosa! La recomiendo mucho a todos mis compañeros.
