Mi nombre es Miriam Luz Yanac Reyes tengo 47 años, soy promotor. Este es mi segundo reto.
Yo empecé a consumir los productos de Yor Health por salud en Mayo del 2017, pues padecía de Presión arterial, colesterol, triglicerido, gastritis crónica, hígado graso, artritis reumatoidea, super estreñimiento, e Hipotiroidismo los cuales están controlados solo consumiendo YOR.
El reto lo empecé con 67 kg, logrando bajar a 61 kg. Consumo productos de Yor Health todos los días de la siguiente manera: Mañana: 6 am. 02 reparadoras, seguidas de 02 gotas d limón, 9 am. Super Greens más fibras, 11 am. Malteada. Almuerzo: 01 digestiva y almorzar, Cena: 01 digestiva y cena, 10 pm. 02 reparadoras. CBD: 03 gotas en la mañana y noche.
Debido a un desgarro que tuve en el brazo, estuve imposibilitada de hacer ejercicios.
