Hello! I am so grateful for the opportunity in YOR Health and the 8-week Challenge. It has changed my life in so many positive ways. It has given me confidence. The confidence to go out in public without feeling embarrassed. I look and feel better in clothes that I couldn’t wear a couple months ago. It has allowed me to do things that I love like travel, hike, swim, and play my favorites sports (tennis and volleyball). I recently was in Colorado and did the Manitou Incline. The Manitou Incline is considered an extreme trail and is an advanced hike. The incline gains nearly 2,000 feet of elevation over less than 1 mile. I don’t believe can would or could have done the incline without the weight loss success from using the YOR Health products and being a part of the 8-week Challenge. I feel like I have my life back. I look forward to having a more active and healthy life style now. All thanks to my mentors and YOR Health!
My regimen:
Wake-up: Take 1 probiotic
Breakfast shake: 2 scoops of vanilla shake, 2 scoops of fiber, 1 scoop of supergreen. Followed by 2 vitamins.
Lunch: Take 2 digests after a couple bites of my food, which consisted of protein and vegetables or a salad. Followed by 2 vitamins.
Dinner shake: 2 scoops of vanilla shake, 2 scoops of fiber. Followed by 2 vitamins.
Snack: I sometimes snack on fruits, nuts, and veggies when I feel hungry between meals.
I went from 180 lbs to 168 lbs. I am very excited to continue my journey with YOR Health!
