Hace un año que comencé este camino de cuidarme,

Me alegra haber terminado el reto, aunque estos meses han sido complicado para mi por cuestiones laborales y que baje la disciplina con el régimen. Cierro mi año desde que empiece con YOR con 27 kilos menos.



Agradezco a la vida, a YOR Health y a mi coach Luis Ortiz en todo el apoyo que me han dado en este camino hacia ser una mejor persona de adentro hacia afuera, y no solo estoy hablando del peso, sino en el cambio de mentalidad en muchos sentidos. Hace un poco más de un año no me hubiera sido impensable estar en este estado de salud física y mental.

Solo quería terminar el reto para tener cerrar bien mi año.
