Hi, Im Simon from Brisbane, Australia.

In May I returned home after spending the last 2 years travelling around Canada, the United States and South America. After a lot of partying and many alcoholic beverages followed by poor food choices I decided to take back over control of my health. I wanted to gain more energy, become fitter, look better and feel happier.
