Hola a todos, ¿cómo están?
Me encuentro muy feliz, aumenté un kilo (algo que es muy difícil para mí) y aunque llegué a 61 kg aún tengo un tramo por recorrer y llegar a mi peso meta.
Gracias a toda la línea de nutrición y al Detox puedo mantener diariamente un buen estado físico (70%), el treinta restante es el complemento, que es ejercicio y descanso: esta ocasión mi rutina de entrenamientos fue de 3 a 4 por semana, básicamente de atletismo con ejercicios funcionales y con una duración de 1 hr.
Mis productos favoritos son SuperGreens antes del desayuno, Yor Shake después del entrenamiento y Berry Blast a media tarde porque es delicioso!
Sigo con el dedo en el renglón, todavía me falta una última playera... la de CAMPEÓN así que nos vemos en el siguiente ciclo.
