Una vez más terminó otro reto de 8 semanas y sigo muy satisfecho con resultados gracias a la suplementación de YOR Health.
Mi meta siempre ha sido subir masa muscular pero me ha costado ganar peso durante los últimos retos. Durante este reto cambié un poco mi rutina al hacer 16 horas der ayuno en lugar de 18 horas y consumir más carbohidratos y con eso gane 2 libras de masa muscular. Aún sigo en proceso der ganar más masa muscular. En las 8 semanas use el Berry Blast al despertar para comenzar el día lleno der energía, rompía el ayuno con YOR Fiber, y en las comida tomaba Digest Ultra y los Essential Vitamins.
