Soy Mexicana, ya soy abuela tengo 59 años, para mi siempre ha sido importante mantenerme saludable; me gusta mucho jugar con mis nietos sin embargo sentí que mi cuerpo ya no estaba en buen estado, estaba con menos fuerza.
Me uní al reto porque para mi significa una gran motivación, me permite de una manera divertida, enfocarme en cuidar mi alimentación y por ende mi cuerpo y de sentirme débil, cansada y a veces hasta enojada, ahora terminando el reto me siento fuerte, contenta y con ganas de seguir.
