Estoy feliz con los resultados que obtuve en este ciclo. Logré subir el kilogramo de masa muscular magra que me propuse y además logré una tonificación mejor que antes.
La disciplina es factor importante para completar el reto y siempre me mantuve en mi papel yendo al gimnasio todos los días de lunes a viernes una hora como base, y comiendo lo mejor que podía por mi trabajo de constantes citas en los bienes raíces.
Hacía ayuno intermitente de 14 a 16 horas durante la semana empezando a abrir la ventana de alimento con el Super Greens y posteriormente la malteada. Hacía una comida completa a media tarde que tuviese proteína, verduras y carbohidratos, evitando lo más posible los azúcares refinados. Si en algún momento del día sentía que me faltaba energía, recurría al Berry Blast o a cacahuates sin ninguna cobertura para mantener el enfoque y la energía misma.
