Hi I’m Chloe from Western Sydney Australia and I dropped almost 8% body fat during the 8 week challenge gaining 1kg of muscle and burning over 5kg of fat!!!
I decided to do the challenge and see it to the end as I’d really struggled with my self esteem and my body image was a big part of that. My husband and I together signed up so we could smash the challenge together and keep each other in check for food and exercise
Doing this through winter was hard as the cold did not make it easy to train and social events would have lots of food that had to be turned down
After finishing the challenge I can see how far I’ve come and how much further I can keep going. I don’t want to find myself looking back now
Every morning was a wonderful wake up with YOR health. I would make a shake that had super greens, fibre, protein and berry blast, this always kick started the day and helped me get past my “need” for a daily coffee. Every night I would take a YOR repair ultra and a digest after any big meals
During the challenge I exercised 5 to 6 times a week at F45 and pushed myself to make this my best effort yet. I’m so proud of what I achieved and YOR health was a big part of that journey.
