Hi I’m Christian 29 from Western Sydney Australia. This is only the second time I’ve completed the YOR health 8 week challenge. I decided to join in again as I really wanted to try sculpting. During this 8 weeks I managed to drop from 15% body fat down to 8%! After a prolonged period of bad diets and struggling to lose weight my wife and I decided it was time to smash some challenge goals together again. Before the challenge I was lethargic and struggling to keep focused and motivated with everything and even found myself battling depression body image played a big part in that. After the challenge I smile now every time I step out of the shower or put my suits on. Everything not only looks better but also fits better some things are even loose on me.
During the challenge everyday started the same with a YOR health shake consisting of Supergreens, berry blast, fibre and protein. This was vital for keeping me going throughout the morning. I also took a YOR digest after any heavy meals and threw in some super slim to assist with hunger cravings and curb the appetite.
Through the challenge I pushed myself to the max doing F45 classes 5-6times a week as well as Aerial silks classes 1-2 times a week. In order to keep up with this level of activity I was taking YOR repair tablets for the magnesium and muscle recovery.
I feel better than I ever had after this really tough challenge but it also proved to me that I can achieve the goals I put on myself. I don’t want to feel the way I did before and I can see myself keeping a far healthier Lifestyle going forward. Nothing quite like the funny thought when someone offers you pancakes but you actually just want your homemade chilled YOR health combo shake breakfast haha!
