Mi peso hasta ahorita es de 90.500 kilos gramos, fue increíble no baje mucho pero si baje de la talla 17 a la talla 13, soy una persona con hipotiroidismos, diabetes e hipertensión, fue grandioso haber bajado 3 tallas!! Use una mezcla de aceites jengibre, limón grasa y canela en ayunas y antes de dormir (2 gotas) supliendo el desayuno la malteada! Antioxidantes en ayunas, 2 por la noche y por la mañanas reparadores y en las mañanas junto a con la malteadas ,fibra!! Como impacto en mi vida me siento muy bien y puedo seguir en este reto hasta llegar a mi peso ideal, muchas gracias
