Para la comida 1 digest ultra y alguna proteìna càrnica con alguna verdura y mi postre que no lo perdono. finalmente 2 essential vitamins
Para la noche un shake de chocolate y una hora despuès la cena, una muy variada que va desde algùn atùn con ensalada, tacos de carne, quesadillas con aguacate o ensalada, champiñones con queso o espinacas con queso
