I was introduced to Yorhealth in 2014, did my first challenge and won 2nd place for the slim category. Needless do I need to say but 2014 was the most vulnerable year of my life. I literally had no one to turn to for all the health issues that consumed my life mentally and physically. It affected my life and the desire of wanting to support and be involve with my son whether it was on a daily basis or to play sports with him to keep him active because it's what any parent should do. As a single parent, it was so hard to live through a life full of struggles, financial hardship, and health issues that deteriorated since 2008. I got physically abused during my pregnancy in 2008 almost on a daily basis and when I finally got away from my abuser, ran back to Fresno with my child and that's when my body started taking a toll on me mentally and physically. My family's physician learned of my history but didn't want to admit that I was diagnosed with PTSD due to my age. He literally said that I'm too young to have PTSD but I knew what I had. From having anxiety attacks, heart issues, shortness of breaths My mind told me that I was happy that I got away but deep down inside, I was traumatized. I had flashbacks, nightmares of getting kidnapped and beaten up night through nights so those occurrences led me to having Central sleep apnea where I would have stroke like symptoms in my sleep or even when I'm awake, my brain failed to transmit signal to my breathing muscles, sometimes mentally disoriented and that's how my health deteriorated and so did my physical looks. I became overweight from daily stress, eating disorder and had drinking problems because nothing else can resolve anything that was going on in my head and my health until I was introduced to Yorhealth. There is just that one feeling about the products, the positivity and the community within Yorhealth that I couldn't get over. The feeling of longing for things to get better and it did. Still, at that time I was really financially struggling to get the products that I needed so I said, "Yolo" and sold all my electronics just to get the products package that I wanted. That's when I had my first life changing moment and I've never forgotten that experience or ever plan to leave Yorhealth because Yorhealth's products saved my life. After putting those products to use and winning more products from 2014's challenge, I literally saved those products until this day to use when I was ready to use them again for another challenge. Anywhere I've resided to, I'd made sure the products never left my side and kept them safe. 8 Weeks ago, I was bed ridden for a whole month from attracting a flu. I lost my voice, lost my balance, couldn't eat, lost my figure and gained so much weight, lost my job, and lost people who I've loved but that didn't stop me. I decided to get up one day and reached out to a trainer and told him of my situation and he assured me that he will helped me and he did. He helped me break in all my muscles in one day but I helped myself internally from there on by taking out my favorite products that I've stored safe since 2014. I knew that this was my moment again to make this change, to better myself and start on with life again. I had planned to simply lose weight from being 172 to start with but already lost some weight to 168 pounds by the time I officially made my mind to join the challenge. I knew it was going to be hard again but I was ready to take it head on while using the products. For this challenge, all the products that I had left to use was the Vitamins, Repair Ultras, Complete Burn and the Muscle powder. I knew it was going to be more difficult this time because I didn't have any Yor MRP, Supergreens, Fibers and or the Energy Berry sticks to help my eating habits and digestion so I had to maintain my eating habits with solid, healthiest and organic foods. I took 2 vitamins with 1 Repair Ultra daily when I rise and another round before bed. I had to manage my Complete burns and Muscle Powders wisely due to the amount I had and used them only when I'm going to the gym so it's only 1 or twice daily. How often do I go to the gym? The first few weeks of my challenge, I went 6 days out of 7 to do a lot of cardio to burn off fats. The last few weeks of my challenge, it got easier so I decreased my days of going to the gym but started building more muscle mass because I wanted to start toning up on my abdominal, arms and legs. My main focal point was my abdominal area because I really want to rid of my belly pouch. During this challenge, I came against a few hardships such as issues with a sprained ankle, to a minor meniscus knee tear and then getting Scombroid poisoning but I didn't let any of this stop me because my will and determination was bigger than ever. I wanted this challenge more than anything else aside from my new job of course so I made this my daily regimen. I made the gym life into a priority and can only hope to win more products with this challenge because I do only plan to stick with only Yorhealth. These products really saved my life and still continue to save my health everyday. I live and breathe Yorhealth!
